This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: I want to get my daughter a karaoke machine for xmas…. not too pricey but i want one where not only can she have the words on screen but so she can see herself too. I know that it needs a cable to run to tv but as for the words on a screen……? Anybody got any ideas as to a good make and model that would fit this description? pleeeease? xxxxxxxxxx
Answer: Im getting my daughter the ps2 instead, u can get the singstar games for it and also play other games to so it has more than 1 purpose! Less chance of it being thrown in corner and not used!

    two suggestions, ebay or argus. if i need summat for xmas i usually find it on one or the other

    If you ahve a ps2 it is really cheap cos all you need is a little camera on top of your tv. we have lots of fun with ours! There is plenty of software for the ps2 which uses the interactive camera.

    Have a look at Sony's PlayStation 2, it had a package called SingStar that was karaoke with an interactive camera. You could see yourself and see the words. Perhaps it's still available?

    I have had a look and Argos seems a good place to get one from trouble is there not cheap!
