We’ve had a reader question come in on the subject of karaoke. Let’s take a look:

Question: I am now getting a pop up saying win amp has encounted an error and will have to close. I have all my songs on a externl hard drive, where my karaoke prog is. If i download the latest version of winamp it will load onto my laptop,or will it need to go onto my external hard drive.

Answer: If you download and install Winamp, the installer will put the program on your laptop. This will not affect your music in any way. You will still be able to use Winamp, installed on your laptop, to play the music on your external hard drive.
